The Celebration Bundle is designed to provide your school or organization with an incentive to attend multiple AmeriCheer/AmeriDance and ECDA competitions throughout the 2010-2011 Competition Season. The more that you compete, the more money that is given back to your school or organization at the end of the competition season!
 

For agreeing to attend a minimum of any 3 competitions offered by AmeriCheer, AmeriDance or ECDA, your organization will receive a rebate at the end of the year in the form of cash back based on your competition registration fees that you pay during the year. Furthermore, there are additional incentives to increase your rebate percentage and increase the rebate amount that you will receive!

Here's how it works!

The total amount of your rebate will be determined by how many events your school/organization attends during the 2010-2011 competition season. The more events your school/organization attends, the greater the amount of your rebate will be at the end of the year! You are then able to use that rebate any way that you choose for your organization!
 

For example, if your school/organization attends any combination of 3 competitions offered by either AmeriCheer, AmeriDance or ECDA, you will receive a check made out to your organization for 8% of your Total Registration Fees at the conclusion of the 2010-2011 Competition Season. That means that you can add up the amount your organization paid for the 1st event, the 2nd event AND the 3rd event and receive 8% of that total amount back for your organization!

 

Schedule another AmeriCheer, AmeriDance or ECDA event for the upcoming competition season and increase your total rebate to 10% of your Total Registration Fees! Add more, and the percentage continues to grow! See our Rebate Grid below for additional information on how much your organization can earn! Keep in mind that there will be additional Special Offers offered throughout the year to help your organization put even more money in your pocket!

Step 1:
Download the Celebration Bundle Registration Form from the AmeriCheer, AmeriDance or ECDA website.

Step 2
: Complete the registration form by choosing from any of AmeriCheer, AmeriDance or ECDA’s Competitions to get started on earning your rebate:
 
Step 3: Submit the Celebration Bundle Registration Form and required deposits to the AmeriCheer/AmeriDance or ECDA office by the corresponding registration date, but no later than December 31, 2010.

Step 4: After selecting the number of competitions you will attend and submitting your Celebration Bundle Registration Form, determine how large of a rebate you will receive at the end of the season by using the Rebate Grid!

We understand that schedules are busy and adding additional competitions to the schedule can be difficult at times. Therefore, as mentioned earlier, we’ve created additional ways to increase the % that your organization will earn by completing the special offers below! The bonus rebate % that you earn will be added to the total % of your rebate at the end of the year!

  • Why is AmeriCheer/AmeriDance and ECDA offering a bundle that provides my organization with a rebate at the end of the year?
    • This year, we are celebrating 55 years of combined experience in the cheerleading and dance industry, 30 Years for ECDA and 25 years for AmeriCheer and AmeriDance. We want to offer an incentive to our customers as a thank you for helping us reach this point in each of our company’s history and for making us proud of being such an integral part of this industry.
  • Who can take advantage of the 2010-2011 Celebration Bundle?
    • Any and all organizations have the opportunity to take advantage of the Celebration Bundle. This includes Schools, Recreation Organizations, Dance Studios and All Star Organizations.
      • Note: All Star Organizations must bring a minimum of two teams to each competition that they attend as part of the Celebration Bundle. However, they do not have to be the same two teams at each competition and the registration fees of all teams that attend will apply to the Rebate Total, not just the minimum of two teams.
  • If I register for the Celebration Bundle, do I have to re-register for each of the competitions?
    • No, the AmeriCheer/AmeriDance and ECDA offices will use your celebration bundle registration form to create your registrations for each competition. You will receive a confirmation packet for each competition you have chosen to register for. The only additional items that you would have to register for would be Cheer Individuals, Cheer Stunt Groups, Dance Soloists and Dance Ensembles.
  • What can I receive by participating in the Celebration Bundle Program?
    • Your organization will receive a check at the end of the year for you to use however you wish. It’s that simple! The more you compete, the more you earn!
  • Where can I find the Celebration Bundle Registration Form?
    • The Celebration Bundle Registration Form can be downloaded here. It can also be found on the AmeriCheer Website, AmeriDance Website or ECDA Website.
  • What competitions can I choose from as part of the Celebration Bundle?
    • Your organization can choose from ANY competitions offered by AmeriCheer/AmeriDance and ECDA.
  • What do I have to do in order to register for the Celebration Bundle and earn the rebates?
    • The first step is to complete the Celebration Bundle Registration Form that can be found here. Submit the Registration Form and the appropriate deposit amount calculated on the form to the AmeriCheer/AmeriDance or ECDA office and we will process your registration.
  • Is there an additional fee to be a part of the Celebration Bundle?
    • No way! There is no fee for you to take part in this new incentive. Simply submit your registration form with the appropriate deposit amount and we will process your registration. Then, make your payments for each competition that you have selected as part of the Celebration Bundle by the appropriate registration deadline and you are set to earn your rebate!
  • How are my total Team Registration Fees Determined?
    • The total Team registration fees are determined by adding up the registration fees that you paid for all team performances. This includes registration fees for Cheer Team Competitors, Dance Team Competitors, Dance Team Routines, Cheer Crossovers and Dance Crossovers. Note: Individual/Soloist Performances, Stunt Group/Ensemble and Duo Performances will not be included in this total.
  • How is my Rebate Percentage Determined?
    • Your rebate percentage is determined by the number of AmeriCheer/AmeriDance or ECDA competitions your organization chooses to attend during the 2010-2011 Competition Season. In addition, you can increase your Rebate Percentage by participating in Special Offers throughout the competition season.
  • How is my Celebration Bundle Rebate calculated?
    • Once your team attends three competitions, you will sum all of the total registration fees that your organization paid to attend each of those competitions and multiply by the appropriate % from the Rebate Grid.
      • For example, let’s say that your organization registered for 4 of the qualifying competitions, which will earn you an initial rebate of 10%. The amount that your organization paid for those competitions, was $24,000. The appropriate calculation would be as follows:
      • $24,000 in registration fees X 10% = $2,400 in Rebate to your organization!
        • In addition, if you submitted your Celebration Bundle Registration Form by October 1, 2010 you would have increased your rebate percentage to 12%, meaning that you would have earned an additional $480, just for registering early!
      • Any discounts or promotions that are applied to your registration will be subtracted from your Registration Fees prior to calculating your refund amount.
  • When will I receive my Celebration Bundle Rebate?
    • Your rebate check will be mailed out at the end of the 2010-2011 competition season, and no later than May 30, 2011.
  • When do I have to register by in order to take advantage of the Celebration Bundle?
    • The Celebration Bundle Registration Forms and corresponding deposit must be submitted to the AmeriCheer/AmeriDance or ECDA offices no later than December 31, 2010. However, if you submit the Registration Forms and Deposit by October 1, 2010 your organization will earn an additional 2% to add to your rebate total!
  • What if I have to add or subtract a competition that was in my Celebration Bundle?
    • We understand that schedule changes occur and we will work with you to best accommodate your organization. If you are no longer able to attend an event, please contact the AmeriCheer/AmeriDance or ECDA office and we will be more than happy to discuss your options with you.

Terms and Conditions:
• Rebates at the end of the year are provided based on the total team registration fees that your organization has paid for throughout the competition season. Team Registration Fees will not include soloist/individual fees, or ensemble/duo fees. (For competitions that are sold as packages including hotels, park tickets, etc. only the competition fee portion will be applied to your registration fees total.)
• Any performance discounts or other discounts that are applied to competitions will be subtracted from your team registration fees prior to applying the rebate percentage.
• Registration fees must be received and paid in full by the registration deadline for each competition in order to earn rebates.
• Competition Season begins September 1, 2010 and concludes April 18, 2011.
• Rebates will be paid at the end of the competition season and no later than May 30, 2011.
