Performance Surface:  Cheer teams will compete on a 54' x 42' SPRING FLOOR.  Dance teams will compete on a 55' x 40' Cabriole' Dance Floor.
 
Competition Format:  No pre-qualifying requirements!  All teams compete two days!  50% of Saturday's score will carry over and be added to Sunday's score to determine placement.

Crossovers:  $50 per crossover.  (Multiple Event Discounts do not apply to Crossover Fees.)

Additional Competition Categories:  $50 per dancer, per additional competition category.  (Multiple Event Discounts do not apply to Crossover Fees.)
 
Coaches:  Teams with 5-14 members receive 1 FREE* coach admission.  Teams with 15+ members receive 2 FREE* coach admissions!  If you have additional coaches, these coaches may purchase a "Coach Package" for $50 which entitles them to entry into the competition, warm-up area and Coach Room.  *Free Coach entry fees do not include hotel accommodations.
 
Division Changes:  Divisions changes received between March 27 - April 5 will be assessed a $200 Division Change Fee.  Division changes received after April 6 will be assessed a $400 Division Change Fee.

All champion teams from ECDA's Extreme Championships will automatically be entered in this competition.  The team with the highest cumulative score for the weekend will take the TITLE and these great awards!

The team with the highest cumulative score from the weekend will be named ECDA's 2008 Nationals Eastern Elite Team and will receive:

During Saturday's Championships, teams will be selected for their outstanding accomplishments in the following categories:

HERSHEY PARK TICKETS:  Hershey Park will be open Sunday, April 20 (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.).  Tickets are non-refundable and can only be purchased through ECDA; tickets will not be available at the gate.  Tickets may be purchased when your team registers or at the event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES
 
Postmark date March 16 or earlier:  A 30% per participant non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee must accompany your Registration.  Remaining balance (in full) must be postmarked by March 16.  Teams whose balances are postmarked by March 17 or later FORFEIT the early registration participant fees and must pay the appropriate amount (based on the number of participants) listed under the March 17-26 date on the scale below.
 
Registration forms postmarked March 17 and later:  FULL PAYMENT must accompany Registration.
 
REFUND POLICY:   A 70% refund of competition fees is available if ECDA receives written notification of cancellations by MARCH 16.  Please allow 6-8 weeks after the event to receive your refund.
 
FEBRUARY 19:   Deadline date for Personal/Gym checks.  After February 19, only school checks, money orders, cashier's checks or Visa/Mastercard will be accepted.  There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
 
MARCH 26:  Deadline to submit Registration or make Division Changes without penalty.  Deadline to pre-purchase wristbands.
