Competition Format: No pre-qualifying requirements! All teams can compete Saturday, Sunday or both days!
PRICING DATES BELOW: Registration Forms postmarked, received online or via fax with credit card.
(Exhibition Team participants pay regular competitor fees)
*After March 5, there will be a $200 per group late fee added.
Crossovers: $50 per crossover. (ECDA Rewards do not apply.)
ECDA Rewards do not apply to Individual Competition Fees. Coaches: 2 Coaches attend FREE!* Free coach entry is only applicable on the days your team competes. If the team is not competing both days, but wishes to observe the additional day's competition, participants and coaches must purchase spectator wristbands for the second day. *Free Coach entry fees do not include tickets to the Alabama Theatre Show on Friday night. Division Changes: Division Changes received between March 6-March 15 will be assessed a $200 Division Change Fee. Division Changes received after March 16 will be assessed a $400 Division Change Fee.

EXTREME BATTLE OF CHAMPIONS
All champion teams from ECDA's Extreme Championships will automatically be entered in this competition. The team with the highest cumulative score for the weekend will take the TITLE and these great awards!
*There must be at least 5 teams vying for the Extreme Battle of the Champions to receive the Free Nationals Entry Fee.
EASTERN ELITE TEAM
The team with the highest cumulative score from the weekend will be named ECA's 2009 Nationals Eastern Elite Team and will receive:
ALL AROUND CHAMPION
Teams who compete in 3+ catagories will have their 3 highest scores combined and the top team will be named EDA's 2009 All Around Champion and will be presented with these great awards:

During Saturday's Championships, teams will be selected for their outstanding accomplishments in the following categories:

$35 discount two day passes must be pre-purchased through the coach. Alabama Theatre Show "One!" - Friday March 27
Doors open at 6:45 p.m. Show starts at 7:30 p.m. This Broadway musical is voted the #1 Live Theatre attration in Mrytle Beach. Competition fees include a ticket to the show! For anyone other than dancers interested in attending the show, advanced tickets may be purchased through EDA at a discount rate of $29. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES
Postmark date February 27 or earlier: A 30% per participant non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee must accompany your Registration. Remaining balance (in full) must be postmarked by February 27. Teams whose balances are postmarked by February 28 or later FORFEIT the early registration participant fees and must pay the appropriate amount (based on the number of participants) listed under the February 10-19 date on the scale below.
Registration forms postmarked February 28 and later: FULL PAYMENT must accompany Registration.
REFUND POLICY: A 70% refund of competition fees is available if ECA recieves written notification of cancellations by February 23. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the event to receive your refund.
January 29: Deadline for Personal/Gym checks. After January 29, only school checks, money orders, cashier's checks or Visa/Mastercards will be accepted. There will be a $30 service charge on all returned checks.
March 5: Deadline to submit Registration or make Division Changes without penalty. Deadline to pre-purchase wristbands.
