| *There must be 10 programs with 3 cheer teams participating to be eligible for Program Champion awards. Dance teams scores do not enter into Program Champion. |

| Fees are per Competitor and are based on the date postmarked, received online or by fax with credit card. |

| Additional Dance Competition Categories - $20/dancer |
|
| Crossovers pay the appropriate fee using the above scale. |
|
| After October 22, there will be a $50 per team late fee added. |

| Division changes received after October 22nd will be assessed a $100 Division Change Fee. |

| Jr. (4-12)/Sr. (60+) - $10 |

| Pre-purchased wristbands are available and can only be purchased through the coach. Individual orders will not be accepted. Pre-purchased wristbands are non-refundable and must be postmarked by October 22, 2007 |

| Important Information- |
|
| Deadline date for Personal/Gym checks is October 15. After October 15, only school checks, money orders, cashier's checks or Visa/Mastercard will be accepted. There will be a $30 service charge on all returned checks. |
