ECDA is bringing the FUN back into Nationals. Come join us for not only a FANTASTIC Nationals, but also a weekend of fun at the Great Wolf Lodge where it is 85 degrees all year round!! Join ECDA and thousands of the most talented cheerleaders from across the USA for a fun-filled weekend of cheerleading at its BEST in historic Williamsburg, Virginia, where teams will vie for $15,000 in cash and many other awards!
Competition Format: No pre-qualifying requirements! All teams compete two days! 50% of Saturday's score will carry over and be added to Sunday's score to determine placement.
NEW IN 2009: NON-SPRING FLOOR FOR NFHS: At ECA Nationals, when you register as a School team you will compete on a non-spring cheer mat. If you are a school team and you wish to compete on the Spring Floor, you may enter the School/Rec division (folowing age guidelines) or you may choose to enter as an All Star Team. You may choose any All Star level as long as you adhere to the guidelines of that level.

Coaches: 2 coaches attend FREE!* If you have additional coaches, these coaches may purchase a "Coach Package" for $50 which entitles them to entry into the competition, warm-up area and Coach Room. *Free Coach entry fees do not include hotel accommodations.
Division Changes: Division Changes received between February 20-March 1 will be assessed a $200 Division Change Fee. Division Changes received after March 1 will be assessed a $400 Division Change Fee.

All champion teams from ECDA's Extreme Championships will automatically be entered in this competition. The team with the highest cumulative score for the weekend will take the TITLE and these great awards!

HOST HOTEL - GREAT WOLF LODGE - 55,000 sq.ft. INDOOR WATERPARK!
ECDA is excited to announce that the Great Wolf Lodge will once again serve as ECA Nationals' 2009 Host Hotel. From the waterpark, to Aveda Concept Spa, Northern Lights 100 game arcade, family restaurants, a confectionery cafe' featuring Starbucks specialty coffees, this all-suite resort has something for everyone! Four different suites are available for purchase through ECDA for the Great Wolf Lodge and are described below. All suites come with a pull out double sleeper sofa. Prices listed include tax and are per room and include 2 night lodging and tax.

Waterpark Passes: All suites include Waterpark Passes for the number of guests in each suite. Additional Waterpark Passes may be purchased at the Great Wolf Lodge for $15 per person.
A rooming sheet will be sent with your confirmation. Please complete this sheet and return it with your balance, which must be postmarked on or before January 26.
Great Wolf Lodge Refund Policy: A 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of hotel total is due at the time reservation is made. Hotel Balance in full must be postmarked by January 26. Final Balance payments postmarked after January 26 will incur a $50 late fee. Seventy percent (70%) of Hotel Balance is refundable if written notification of cancellation is received by January 26.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES
Postmark date February 13 or earlier: A 30% per participant non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee must accompany your Registration. Remaining balance (in full) must be postmarked by February 13. Teams whose balances are postmarked by February 14 or later FORFEIT the early registration participant fees and must pay the appropriate amount (based on the number of participants) listed under the February 10-19 date on the scale below.
Registration forms postmarked February 14 and later: FULL PAYMENT must accompany Registration.
REFUND POLICY: A 70% refund of competition fees is available if ECA recieves written notification of cancellations by FEBRUARY 9. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the event to receive your refund.
January 16: Deadline for Personal/Gym checks. After January 16, only school checks, money orders, cashier's checks or Visa/Mastercards will be accepted. There will be a $30 service charge on all returned checks.
January 26: Great Wolf Lodge Rooming Sheets and Balances are due. Deadline for GWL refunds.
February 19: Deadline to submit Registration or make Division Changes without penalty. Deadline to pre-purchase wristbands.
February 19: Deadline for Pizza & Karaoke Party
