IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES
Postmark date February 15 or earlier: A 30% per participant non-refundable, non-
transferable processing fee must accompany your Registration. Remaining balance (in full)
must be postmarked by February 15. Teams whose balances are postmarked February 16 or
later FORFEIT the early registration participant fees and must pay the appropriate amount
listed on the scale above.
Registration forms postmarked February 16 and later: FULL PAYMENT must accompany
Registration.
REFUND POLICY:
- 60 days prior to the event: A 70% refund or the option to transfer 100% of the funds
to another 2009-2010 ECDA event.
- 30 days prior to the event: A 50% refund or the option to transfer 100% of the funds
to another 2009-2010 ECDA event.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued within 30 days of an event. The option to transfer 50% of
the funds to another 2009-2010 ECDA event will be available, however, this can only be
done up until 2 weeks prior to the event.
- All refund or transfer requests must be received IN WRITING by ECDA by the deadlines
listed above.
- NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS for individual members of teams.
JANUARY 18: Deadline date for Personal/Gym checks. After January 18, only school
checks, money orders, cashier's checks or Visa/Mastercard will be accepted. There will be a
$30 service charge on all returned checks.
FEBRUARY 20: Deadline to submit Registration or make Division Changes without penalty.
Deadline to pre-purchase wristbands.
