IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES
Deadline date for Personal/Gym checks is the ON TIME DATE. After ON TIME DATE, only school
checks, money orders, cashier's checks or Visa/Mastercard will be accepted. There will be a $30 service
charge on all returned checks.
REFUND POLICY:
- 60 days prior to the event: A 70% refund or the option to transfer 100% of the funds to another
2009-2010 ECDA event.
- 30 days prior to the event: A 50% refund or the option to transfer 100% of the funds to another
2009-2010 ECDA event.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued within 30 days of an event. The option to transfer 50% of the funds
to another 2009-2010 ECDA event will be available, however, this can only be done up until 2
weeks prior to the event.
- All refund or transfer requests must be received IN WRITING by ECDA by the deadlines listed
above.
- NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS for individual members of teams.
